I'll just come right out and say that this is an interesting product. It can be very useful if you have a baby and want to travel with your baby. It packs up quick and easily and the bag is quite useful. I really wish I had this about 8 months ago as it would have been alot more useful vs today.With that being said; this product isn't perfect and maybe the mfg will fix these quality control issues. The holes for the mid tier support bar don't exactly line up. So only one side locks in, thankfully the bottom support does lock in. but the height adjustment also doesn't always lock in and the mechanism is prone to jamming.Outside of those 2 issues (which honestly you can live with) this is quite a good product. I think that they will be able to fix this in time; as my unit is probably pre-retail since this item is just launching.Otherwise it is a very stable bed that starts at 13 inches high (27 inches at the top of bassinet) which lets it accommodate even the shortest of beds (if using it as a bedside sleeper).It raises around 10 inches from the lowest point, making it upto around 37 inches tall.The mattress is somewhat hard; which is to be expected considering its for newborns. The zippers appear to be of good construction so hopefully they will last a long time.This item will be given to a good friend of my wife's and I will report back if they have any problems with it with their soon to be born child.
