I love these sponges! Only works on stainless steel pans (DO NOT use on non-stick surfaces, they will definitely scratch) but that's the whole point for baked-on, dried-out, overcooked rough foods left in the pans. For example, if a roommate or partner forgot to rinse or soak the pan right after cooking. Just dampen the sponge with water and rub. No need for soap. Better than bartender's or baking soda, better than steel wool, better than regular sponge. I always keep one next to my regular sponge by the sink. Excellent value for money and quality! One sponge lasts me a whole year! I cook several times a day. (I'm also a professional chef, food stylist, and have worked at a high-end kitchen supply store for over a decade.) Seriously, nothing works better on burnt food-stained pans than these sponges. I used to look for them online and always had to order them from Asia. They work best when slightly worn as they can scratch new pans if care is not taken when the sponge is too new. But when you're cooking a ton, small utensils, scuffs and regular scratches aren't as of a concern as cleaning your pan for food safety. Stainless steel pans can handle such cookware. I've had all the stainless steel clad pans for over a decade and it helps them stay new especially around the screws. I recommend her anytime! It's better to keep it a secret.
