I'm 6ft 1in and 205lbs and ordered XL. It fits perfectly. This is not my first wetsuit, I've been surfing for over 30 years since I was a kid. The fit and stretch of the 3/2mm suit is excellent, the seams feel firm but don't chafe on the inside so hot spots and rashes aren't a problem. We'll see how many seasons it lasts, but my first impression is that it's just as well made as the $150-$180 3/2mm suits I've had. The zipper is strong and has a double velcro closure at the neck. The velcro is quite short so it's a bit difficult to grab and open with wet hands, but it holds up great in the surf. There is also an inner pocket along the zipper for your key, ring or other small items where you don't have to worry about saltwater damage. It's a light suit, so I'll probably only be able to use it in the spring. and fall sessions here in the Northeast US, but that's what I bought it for.
