Perfect replacement, no vibration on the track. Repair in 5 minutes

Perfect replacement for the cracked mirror glass on my 2001 GMC Yukon. This part took less than 5 minutes. It doesn't vibrate at all and looks great. However, I spent a lot of time researching my problem to see if this part would fit my broken mirror. I posted the video so others can save time and fix their broken mirrors quicker. I cut my van mirror in traffic and the only damage was the glass in the mirror. Since it was in motion, I had no idea what parts were actually hit and left on a busy road. It bothered me that when watching the general installation video for this product it shows a part I thought I missed but turned out I didn't need or intended for another solution. I think there is a way to use glass that uses 2 sided tape or something and sticks to a flat surface. I actually took the truck to an auto glass shop and they also said it was a missing part so instead of the $100 they wanted to charge me for just the glass, they just had to get the entire mirror assembly from the dealer. $300. About the vibration problem some people have. There is a thin "pad" between the mirror substrate and the mirror assembly that may have been missing. Mine actually fell between the house and garage and I almost lost it, it just deflated and is very light. I have a feeling this part might be missing for those with vibration issues. It protects the mirror motor from water and dirt, but it also likely reduces vibration. Anyway, watch my video if you have the same problem where you don't know exactly what you need.
