As other reviewers have noted, this glass is almost impossible to put on. I was able to do this by smearing the clips with a windshield, but that was useless considering the mirror flops like crazy. Ordered a 2000 Suburban with heated mirrors. This was listed as an exact match, but it is not. It was very difficult to install as the clips appear to be closer than the originals. Also, 4 wires are connected to the original mirror, this one only had 2 of those wires. I have searched for many hours. Read reviews and questions about many products. I decided this replacement plate mirror would be the best solution. Other products I've read about didn't match the OEM. This is a TRUE OEM fit. Installation requires no training, it's as easy as it gets. It needs good pressure to snap into place. I thought it was full on until I moved it. I just had to press a little for it to click. It fits perfectly, better than the factory original. Excellent price.

The website says it fits my 2002 Tahoe perfectly but as shown in the picture the electrical connector is missing. I'm not sure what it's for, but I'm guessing it's an auto dimming feature that I wasn't even aware of. It would be helpful if the seller included a picture of the back of the mirror as on other sites and/or stated in the main description that it lacks an auto dimmer connection rather than hiding this information in the extended description. There was another review about the same thing. The mirror is blurry and distorted giving it a FUN MIRROR IN THE HOUSE reflection that gives you almost double vision if you try to look through it. As others have noted, the mirror is highly distorted and unable to focus on objects in the mirror. It's like a mirror in the laugh house, although it's not as fun to be in the laugh house while driving. Driving is serious business and products like this shouldn't be on the market. Cheap. I can see behind me again. Doesn't fall off like the old one. Unfortunately, it's a little overboard from the old one (and I checked three times to make sure it was seated properly), so while I can auto-adjust the mirrors by looking at my truck from the side, the outside edge of the mirror catches on the mirror housing and I can't move the mirror with the controls when it's set to see behind me.
