This is perfect for snowy villages.
But it's cheap enough for one time use. I made holes in the cotton to accommodate the trees and animals on the flat surface. This worked well because the stretched batting formed beautiful mounds of snow around trees, bushes, and even Bob and Tiny Tim. I enjoyed playing with it and designing our village.
