Review on ⛸️ Ampersand R Sports Figure BladeGards Skate Guard by Paul Williams

Edit: I walked in and my back fell off. I'm really not interested in adding more mods so I'll be switching to Rockerz Skate Guards next season. It's okay if you don't go to the rink, but. it's not really an option. I'm taking off a star because it's just nonsense. Also, it wasn't the straps that fell off, it was the protection, so considering it just won't hold up, it's not worth it. Depending on your skates it might be fine for you but definitely not for me. They're decent if you need to use skate guards in a pinch for a little cheaper than usual. I think you get what you pay for. I bought these a while back to protect my new skates. (Lake Placid Glider 4000, men's size 11.) They're great and match the length of the blades perfectly, but because the blades are a lot longer than you think (they stick out from the back of the guard) the guards tend to slip. from the toe. I like the color but it's a bit darker than the picture (at least for mint). It also arrived quickly which was a bonus! On re-reading the product description, I was happy to learn that it can withstand most surfaces, making putting on skates in the car that much easier and saving you fifteen minutes at the rink. Overall it's great and very strong but if you have kids bending it it's very flexible and won't break. Please remember this is my first blade guard kit so check out other reviews and do your research before you buy! When I can I will update this with pictures of my skates in the skate guard! By the way, I managed to find a way to save the toe of the skate protector with the materials I had on hand, but of course this is not very good. General.
