The ability to have our data in one place, which is very helpful for reporting purposes as well.

It's easy enough that anyone can use it without needing any training or experience with BI tools before using them. I think this could be improved by having more out-of -the box connectors available so you don't need additional licenses but we're working through those issues now! We are solving problems of how do companies manage their information across multiple platforms/tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) while also being able extract insights from all these sources into Excel reports (and then other dashboards).
