Great cat carrier. I got this specifically to take a stray cat I adopted near me to the vet. And it worked wonderfully. The downside is that both the photo and video on the website advertise this backpack as having extra pockets which as you can see from the photos this particular bag did not have. Also, the bag I received was clearly a return from another purchase. There was still cat or dog hair and there were treats at the bottom of the bag. I am not a fan of shopping, the bag was in very good condition. But since it is a transport for animals, animals can transmit diseases to each other. The fact that they sent a used bag without taking the time to even wipe it down or vacuum the pet hair before sending it to someone else is very disturbing. What if my animal can trace the illness back to this bag from the previous owner of the returned animal? The manufacturer should pay more attention to what they ship and under what conditions they ship it.
