Excellent quality microphone. 5 stars for the sound. The audio is fine for Zoom webinars. However, I do find that the headphone's pivot is a little flimsy for both left- and right-handed users, and all I know is that this pivot is where this mic will fail at some point in the future. So I give the earpiece 3 points for durability. So 5 for sound, 3 for body design, with an average of 4. Who knows, maybe it will last for years and I hope so because the mic is REALLY good. I think this is the best mic in its class for less than $80.
