The reporting capabilities of this solution are great, they can pull in any data source to create your report or dashboard that you want. It's very easy for our clients (mostly large companies) who aren't necessarily tech savvy with their end-users so having someone else set up dashboards is perfect since we don't have time/resources to do it ourselves. Nothing really! They've been able to build out multiple reports from different sources quickly but I'm sure there could be more features as well. Our biggest challenge right now is trying to get all these separate systems under one roof - which has made building reports much easier than before when each system was its own siloed area working independently. I love this product for its ability to do multiple things at once, such as generating reports from multiple sources with ease. It is also very easy to use and setup. The only thing that I dislike about it is that there are so many options you have to configure which makes finding what you need difficult sometimes. We are solving the problem of having one place where we can see all our data in one place. Having everything together allows us to make better decisions quicker than before.
