Purchased for my 2001 F 350 with 215,000 miles. The difference is phenomenal! This is the 3rd truck I've installed these bushings in and if you have a leaf spring front truck that has over 150,000 miles on it, it's in your best interest to switch to polyurethane bushings and you won't find a better one Find suppliers as Energy Suspension. Installation time is around 4 hours if you stick with it and HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE JOB! The bare minimum you will need are two bottle jacks, jacks or a sturdy wooden "sword", a propane flashlight, a set of pry bars, various sockets and wrenches for removing eyebolts, maybe a mini ratchet. Be careful when installing supports and using hydraulic jacks. I can't stress this enough. The easiest way to get the jacks out (if you can't get to this point, you probably shouldn't) is to use a manual propane torch. Use the biggest bait or you will get stuck there forever. Heat the inner metal sleeve until the sleeve begins to melt and ignite. Use a long flathead screwdriver and start prying the bushing out. If it's hot enough it will just "burst" so use caution and have a fire extinguisher handy. I make one corner at a time. Seems faster. Lubricate and install according to instructions. If you're climbing without an adjustable linkage (I bet those bushings need replacing too) you might need to adjust them somehow with a mini-come when you come together.
