Review on Lotos Consumables Electrodes LTP5000D LTPDC2000D by Adam Gambel

I ordered the Lotos LTP5000D because it got some great reviews, apparently from people who have never had to change a ceramic mug. Before the plasma cutter arrived I decided to order a consumables kit. I was very concerned after reading reviews that ceramic mugs were not suitable. I've also read a number of reviews about their tech support being unresponsive, so I emailed them expressing my concerns. Didn't get a reply so this time I emailed them again including their email address for customer support. Again there is no answer. I went ahead and ordered a PCON40 supplies kit to see if there really was a problem. Yes, ceramic cups are not suitable for plasma cutting because the inner diameter is too small. What a disappointment. I've tried it once and it cuts great, but once the original cup fails you're screwed. I am returning the consumable kit and plasma cutter.
