Volkman seems like a "good" seed brand. I say good and give the product a 4/5 because seeds shouldn't be a parrot's primary diet - ever. The seeds certainly make a good treat, but the parrot's main diet should consist of fruits and vegetables, supplemented with pellets. Also, two of my parrots that eventually succumbed to ventricular dilatation disease stuck on this diet before I was able to switch them to pellets. - the fruit and veg diet had a very hard time digesting this as they got progressively worse. So again, use it as a treat, not a meal!
