Review on GZ-VMASS 6-Pack Wool Dryer Balls: Handmade Organic New Zealand Wool Balls for Effective Laundry, Natural Fabric Softener, Anti-Static and Time-Saving by Ivan Heyden

My rating: 1 star - I don't like it at all, 2 stars - everything is fine (me), 3 stars - impressed (like), 4 stars - damn good (love it), 5 stars - wow (essential in my life) I already have 3 Molly's Suds wool dry balls and love them. But it is expensive. I found these at Revain with cute sheep faces and thought they would help with big weights, blankets and for my daughter who loves to play with them. They are slightly smaller than Molly's Suds Wool Dryballs and have a slightly irregular shape. See photo. In any case, more importantly, they do their job. They help fluff up my laundry without using fabric softener and they help reduce drying time too! It's not an exact science, but I'd say a blanket or large load dries well in my dryer in about half an hour, no more than an hour now (using 7 wool dryer balls). I recommend other people to invest in some good wool drying balls. This. Well, let's just say they're not the best quality (the ones I use to wash have gotten dirty gray stains over the months I've had them and the sheep's snout on one of them was starting to come off, so I just pulled them out). See photo. The two wool drying balls I gave my daughter are fine - the sheep's snout is still intact (after chewing, drooling and some tossing). Yes, both of these wool dryer balls are checked regularly to make sure my daughter hasn't actually chewed them through (yet sure) or strange things have started growing on them (although wool is considered naturally antimicrobial/antibacterial). However, be aware that wool generates some static electricity with some materials (microfleece, microfiber, polyester, and many others). Therefore, when unloading laundry from these fabrics, you can be unloaded several times. From the point of view of price, sheep face attractiveness and effective use of leashes, this is a good buy.
