
ordered for XEROX 3215. Installed and worked perfectly for 6 weeks then wrong cartridge error code appeared. CANNOT LOCATE WARRANTY OR SUPPORT INFORMATION. IN SHORT, YOU BUY - YOU GREAT. Tried turning the laser printer off, turning it back on, reinstalling the cartridge, deleting the printer drivers, rebooting and updating, unplugging and reinstalling the cartridge. Probably 2 hours wasted time. In the end, I thoughtfully gave in and ordered a new 3000-page BAISINE high-capacity cartridge for $25. It just arrived, I installed it and the printer is back online and working great. OBVIOUS PRODUCT DEFECT. TIP: YOU MAY CONSIDER ANY BRAND OTHER THAN VIC-LABS AS THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
