Review on ☕️ Rhino Coffee Gear Double Shot Glass - Perfect for Espresso Lovers (Pack of 1) by Jared Winebrenner

THE ITEM I RECEIVED THIS MONTH (APRIL 2021) IS NOT AS PICTURED AND is not what was previously sold on this site: see image for comparison! Bought a double shot glass similar to the one pictured on this page 2.3 years ago. I don't know if this item was genuine or if the labeling was 100% correct, but as a left-flavored espresso I was very pleased with it. The stains seemed to fade a little after being put in the dishwasher a few times and a friend told me it might not be the best for him so I rinsed or hand washed it and didn't think about it. Excellent quality and I loved the serrated handle perfect for pouring ++. One day I came home and noticed there was a big tear on the side. Didn't drop it, the upmate said he didn't know. But I decided it served me well for more than 2 years so I just went into the order history and ordered a new one. Even used the old one for a week with a hairline crack and it even held up with hot espresso while I waited. Unfortunately, the product delivered is NOT the same. A slightly different size and shape, and most importantly, that notched grip is gone. The thing feels very different and I don't trust the label. See picture for comparison. Since I'm someone who believes in giving people the opportunity to fix bugs, I tried to contact the seller before writing this post to give people the opportunity to update or fix them. There didn't seem to be any buttons or obvious ways to do this on that particular page, only to send it back to Revain for a refund. When I went to Rhino Coffee Gear's website they said they are not the seller of this site and are not responsible. So I posted a question here that went unanswered. SO BUYERS ATTENTION! I think I need to return the $11 Revain item if I want a refund. And if you want a similar shape, the knurled grip looks like we'd better get Rattleware for now, even if it costs a little more.
