The best part is that this tool integrates well into our application and provides all of the functionality needed for a great customer experience - without any extra effort from us. This integration of the product has been flawless since day 1 in operation. There's nothing I'd like to improve here. Its a one stop shop solution for voice communication needs and it does what its meant for flawlessly. We're using VLX as an add-on feature to call center agents who are also working remotely; hence we wanted them to be able to make calls through their preferred device (mobile). Before this service was implemented they would have had to go through the hassle of logging onto the desktop client and navigating to the agent page etc, where as now they can make calls directly via there phone from the app itself! The best part of using this is the ease in which I can make calls from my mobile device. It has all the features of a landline phone system but at a fraction of the cost. Sometimes it takes time to get connected to other people who are also using this service. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an affordable alternative to traditional landline phones. This is helping me reduce costs as well as saving valuable office space.
