I am a moderately active male in his 55's and did some research on this product about 6 months ago. I decided to give it a try. In my opinion, successful weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise (especially for us seniors). I read that this type of product was at least 75% successful in all subjects in several studies. The average weight loss was about 2 pounds per month for those who ate healthily, exercised moderately, and took this as a dietary supplement. I've been losing about 5 pounds a month since June 2017.
