AVOID THERMALTAKE RGB

If you're creating an RGB theme, stay away from Thermaltake. I hate to say it, but I've never been so disappointed with Thermaltake. I run a 30 year old computer workshop and have used Thermaltake standard products with pride for many years. I will no longer stock Thermaltake in my store and will never buy anything in stock again. All manufacturers these days offer products that are so similar that they end up getting support and reliability. Thermaltake let us down with a bang. We used a Thermaltake UX100 RGB CPU heatsink/fan, 16GB TOUGHRAM kit, and Thermaltake RGB 750W TOUGHPOWER Grand Series power supply for the View 31 RGB dual-tempered case. We were planning on using the pre-installed Riing 14 case fans which was originally considered in our purchase decision but after two RMAs for the included fan controller (the original had brightness issues which were NEVER fixed was the first replacement they shipped, just wrong part, second swap didn't change anything) and zero solutions we upgraded to an aftermarket pure plus 14 rgb premium with three fans and one controller because i'm pretty sensible and loyal. Nice fan kit by the way, but only relevant if it's your ONLY RGB feature. There's no synchronization between all of these products, although Thermaltake clearly brags about it. After an email thread from support reached 25 emails, and after spending hundreds of dollars, after hours of troubleshooting, and after trying motherboards from multiple manufacturers on both Intel and AMD platforms, we decided to give everyone a try to warn that we can steer clear of Thermaltake RGB products.
