Easy to bend. the best among motherboards

All in all a nice phone, easy to use. I bought this pipe because I ran out of acrylic. compared to acrylic. It kind of hit me and it was unexpected. In the attached pictures you can see that my previous acrylic tubes show through nicely. And the radiator pipe is PETG. At least I know now. I'll probably replace it in the future as I love the acrylic look even if acrylic is a little awkward to work with.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Very expensive

For 2 sticks of DDR4 RAM, they really crack in RGBS. They are very bright and accurate colors. Thermaltake has always been a quality driven brand so prices tend to be more expensive but they were priced the same as some of the lower brands when released so I had to dig into them. NO PROBLEM. Worked right out of the box with no fuss. They stay cool and delay and everything is as advertised. My only complaint is very minor. If you just leave the RAM as is, without the system's built-in RGB…

AVOID THERMALTAKE RGB

If you're creating an RGB theme, stay away from Thermaltake. I hate to say it, but I've never been so disappointed with Thermaltake. I run a 30 year old computer workshop and have used Thermaltake standard products with pride for many years. I will no longer stock Thermaltake in my store and will never buy anything in stock again. All manufacturers these days offer products that are so similar that they end up getting support and reliability. Thermaltake let us down with a bang. We used a…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Anything I can add

Soak the insert in pure olive oil before inserting it into the tube and heating the tube. This hose compresses the liner, no lubrication, and you can't pull the liner out! I tried spraying oil but it contained water and fogged up the inside of the pipe. Pure olive oil contains 0% water, so it does not fog up. You can also use a pencil to mark where the tubes are bent on the insert. Just erase the pencil mark.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Good but not the best

Very long. Don't forget to get the long inserts

Due to the size of my tower, I needed longer PETG tubing than the ones that came with the Thermaltake C360 kit. These pipes are very long. One of the big issues I had was not having a silicone insert long enough to bend it. So I went to the hardware store and bought electrical wire the same gauge as the insert. Since it's sold by the piece, I spent less than $8 for 4 feet. I'm sure there are long silicone hoses to bend, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money just to bend the hose. super easy

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Not bad

I'm a little smaller than Monsoon same size tubing (I use Monsoon fittings) but the Monsoon fitting comes with 2 sets of sealing washers so no problem. They seem to be softer to cut compared to the monsoons I use. Also heats up faster compared to Monsoon PETG. Update 10/16/19: I'm dragging my ITX build to move it to an ITX case. I noticed that the hose in the fitting was shrinking/deforming. There was a loosening feeling, the o-ring around the tube was loose. The compression ring dangled from…

Already Leaching Plasticizer

These are some of the best value tubes you can find. I've finished the whole build and there's still half left. I had these tubes in a build used primarily for gaming. When I wasn't using the desktop it would turn itself off and sometimes only turn it on a few times a week for short 30 minute gaming sessions. After about 6 months I noticed green fluff in the tubes and my CPU was getting stuck. the microfins had dark green, almost powdery hairs. I used pre-mixed EKWB Cryofuel which contains germ

Pros
  • Cool Product
Cons
  • Questionable Purchase for Seniors

The plasticizer deforms and flows

I didn't think this should happen even with decent quality PETG pipe. After using these hoses with Bitspower compression fittings (hand tight, no tools required), the hose ends are slightly bent. My circuit started leaking after a month or two of using my computer and to top it off a small amount of green goo was collecting in my water blocks. It's not algae, I'm using EK cryofuel that has a biocide in it. I had to look around but obviously low quality PETG plasticizer can seep into the loop…
