The most helpful feature is that it allows you to get an instant quote from your broker without having to go through multiple steps of other online platforms. It also has great customer service which I appreciate as sometimes there are issues with this type of platform (especially when using VPN). Sometimes it takes time to load up but not always. If we were able to have a more intuitive way of finding our preferred price range then maybe it would be easier to use! We prefer getting quotes instantly so if possible please consider adding these features into future updates/upgrades. Having access to accurate prices can make or break whether or not someone will continue doing business with us. This tool helps ensure our pricing structure stays competitive while still being fair towards customers who need quick turnaround times.
