Review on πŸ’‘ ParkPower 15 Amp Power Inlet – White (Model 150BBIW.RV) by Chris Litton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very comfortable on the closed milling table

Good start. I installed it in my router bread box. With this input connected to an external switch and an internal outlet, I can manage the power supply to my router without opening the router table. It is very easy to connect the power supply with any extension cord. Installation was easy in 3/4" thick lumber. I am very grateful to other reviewers who mentioned the need for a 1-7/8" hole saw. I used Milwaukee 49-56. -0112 1-7/ 8" ice hardened hole saw that was the right size and tight fit. On my intake, the pop-up cap connects to a gasket that is held just behind the end flange. I don't know if that was intentional: the three screw holes in the gasket lined up exactly with the screw holes in the flange, but ONLY when the lid was hung at the six o'clock position. Connecting to the Romex wiring was quite easy. COMMENT: I work on the street. This router table lives outside. While I don't think I'll ever use this table in the rain, it made sense to include a weatherproof, recessed air intake for added safety. It's also a very easy connection.
