Other than the dye on the handle came off in my hand it seems to work well. I personally would choose a round ball instead of a disc, basically shaped like a hockey puck, Ergonomicslly, the ball would be better for your hand. But it works smoothly. I will be very curious on how well it holds up because I am using in the vehicle in which I move trailers around the yard all day and it will get quite a workout. We'll see if the bearings hold up. One other issue is the spacers that are included with the disc are smooth, there is no additional texture to grip the steering wheel when tightened. When attached to the vehicle's steering wheel, that I am using, which is smooth, and rounded, it tends to slip a little. The set screw will not tighten the disk any tighter. That is why I'm only giving three stars, the smoothness of the disc turning is good, but the other issues may contribute to a failure later. Only time will tell.
