I purchased this handle for my mom who had hurt her right arm thus preventing her from driving. I tried it out on my car before giving it to her to make sure it would do the trick. I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and I was absolutely loving it. And then yesterday the plastic started peeling on the outside of the black area and now there are little pieces of plastic peeling off all over it :( The spinner would have to be a solid piece, not plastic dipped in order for it to stay on with the constant friction.

The spinner fits fine on the padded wheel and works well, but the stem is a little too short. When I spin the wheel, my fingers hit the piece that attaches to the wheel, so I have to be very careful to keep my fingers out of the way and spin it with my palm. This means I can't turn as tightly as I want to. I guess I will get used to it.

Works on my 2002 ez go golf cart. Had to add one additional filler layer of inner tube thickness. Mine is mounted at the 6 position outside the wheel. (The steering column on a golf cart is so much toward the vertical that the outside mount will never interfere with driver's lap.)One other heads up: the more layers of padding there are, the more difficult it is to line up the screw going into the knob. 4 hands may help.Spinning function is great. I got this to put in my SUV after I had surgery on my left shoulder. It made a big difference in my ability to turn while driving and, especially, getting into and backing out of parking spaces. Bought this for my F350 truck after shoulder surgery. Fit fine, took about 5 minutes to install. Made in Korea, not the junk from China. Instructions are in Korean, but it's a snap to install. This spinner knob looks nice on my black leather steering wheel. It was hard for me to get it tightened by myself, but I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. If you have someone to hold the clamp on while you tighten it, it would be much easier. It works nicely, but the doorknob type spinner knob was a little easier to hold for my small hands. For my car (2016 Toyota Corolla) I had to remove the rubber ring on the inside just to get the handle to fit on my steering wheel. Not a big deal, but I have noticed it digging into my steering wheel more than I would like,but not enough to cause permanent damage.For the price, it's a great buy.
