Review on Acxiom Healthcare by Alfonso Alexander

I like that this tool is very simple, but has so much potential with all of its features! It's not too difficult or complicated - which helps because my staff can easily learn how to utilize their benefits within our organization. There are some things about this program they need to work out better/speed up (e.g., loading times). Also there needs to be more tutorials available online for employees who have questions regarding using certain functions. We've been able to see what other organizations spend on marketing efforts vs. actual ROI from those campaigns through ACXIOOMarketing Suite.
