3.5 stars, but 3 because there are no halves. On the packaging, some of the labels with the projections on the remote control screen have already been partially erased, almost as if it had been used, but I think this is actually a bad print or poor quality ink was used. The remote control isn't quite the same as the previous Zepter remote, but it works the same and works just as well. Our old remote had some buttons that needed to be pressed two or three times to activate them. Our old one caught fire, this one didn't, but it's not a deal killer for us.
