While the remote control is working, obviously used. The top plastic cover was missing and I noticed when I put the batteries in that the screws holding the remote were missing. Not at all happy that this seller sent me a 'new' remote that wasn't as advertised. I would give them negative stars if that was an option.

My original Zepter remote went out one night and I tried everything to fix it (new batteries, reprogramming, hitting the ground, etc.). So I went with Revain to see if there was a replacement. Wow, I found this one and it worked straight away. Savior!

Just like my original Scepter remote and like the original, it has an average build quality. However, the device is currently working and I am happy with the purchase. I bought it for a replacement part at an estimated price as in my experience when discontinuing an electronic device it is either difficult to find replacement parts or buying an OEM part becomes too expensive.

I have 4 Scepter TVs. 32", 40", 50" and 55". All remote controls are similar but not the same. However, any of them will work with any TV. The one that came with the 4 year old 55" died. Probably from falling too many times. I ordered this bezel. I haven't checked if it fits this set. Looks similar but also different. everyone else , this also works on all my kits.

I think it's better than the remote that came with my TV. No part comes like the other. My baby easily disassembled another one. It works as soon as you insert batteries. No setup, activation or anything like that. It worked as soon as I put batteries in. The price was good. I might just get another one to back up if it's damaged, lost or something. Fast shipping too.

On the packaging, some of the labels with the projections on the remote control screen have already been partially erased, almost as if it had been used, but I think this is actually a bad print or poor quality ink was used.
