I bought this product on December 4th and paid for the fastest shipping. The goods arrived on December 8th. 4 days later so I was very happy with the delivery. The product connected and works fine, I checked all the front panel connections and they all seemed secure. I found that my LED button is not working. So after a few days I checked the back panel and saw that the box with the LED controller and the wire was not all the way in. easy to solve the problem. I can run new games at 144 FPS (I capped my games) so they run like a champ. Last update! I noticed that the BIOS/UEFI is not up to date. I went to the asrock site and installed the update on a stick, then booted into UEFI and updated the software. I no longer had BSOD. It appears that was the case. So for everyone. beyond that initial experience. All is well! =) edit! Another week has passed. I'm still having the problem, not far into my IT certificates yet, so I can't figure out the problem. Still getting BSOD while playing. not so much in normal activities. Now for the bad news. after about 1 week. I had my first random reboot. There was no blue screen of death, nothing. I was just playing a game and the computer restarted. Then it happened every other day, even with such mundane tasks as chatting on Discord or watching Youtube. Some of these reboots contained BSODs. I'm not sure what is causing this problem. I am computer savvy and in school for a CompTIA certification. but still not trained to diagnose this problem. I'll let you know if I can figure out what the problem is. Generally if you are ok with a couple of similar issues that may or may not be worse for you. I can fully recommend this product. If this is something you CANNOT accept. I would look elsewhere. Overall after spending so much money I don't think this is the best product but it was a lot cheaper than building my own computer to spec. Last update. uefi/bios updated and bsod fixed a bit. Now again more bsod. I found a defective RAM, so I need to buy new RAM. Given that. I can no longer recommend this product. Buying new RAM saves me the expense of building my own computer. Possibly the latest update. 3/4/21. Now it's certified, so I was able to figure out the problem. I did some checks on the RAM sticks. Found a stick of lamb was bad. I took out one of these until Amazon shipped 2 new ram sticks. Now the computer works perfectly. What, as they say. I had to buy 2 sticks of RAM and flash the bios with an update.
