It arrived on time, no damage was visible and it worked like a dream. The only thing it lacked was that it came with the wrong GPU. For some it doesn't matter much, you can just call tech support and have it replaced. But if you are not very tech savvy. Well, a bit boring, you wouldn't think of checking the specs on day one. There's a new toy in the house, I was so excited I didn't think twice about it until my brother asked to check things inside and found out I have the wrong part of the GPU in the system. This may be an honest mistake, but I can't help but feel like they built it "one up, yeah" because the 1650 and 1660 are priced differently. Maybe they ran out of another part and dropped this one just in case. I couldn't help but ponder these thoughts, especially when I bought it from Amazon and the rest of the parts inside the case were fine. The support service is excellent 5/5. Few found out they can only be contacted and answered 9-5 weekdays but I shrugged. So I got a new part and only a part of it, mind you. I'm new to this, so I didn't realize that slightly heavy GPUs also needed direct power supply. So I had a mini rush and later googled it and realized I needed a PCIe cable to make it work. These are the things that got me a bit frustrated because I look stupid, go to support and ask how to open it up to get the extra cables they provide inside the case and look on youtube how to connect PCIe . why I bought a ready-made system, as one is used to from an office PC. So I would not have such problems on my part. With a price AFTER TAX and a guarantee, I expect everything to be perfect the first time rather than waiting another week or so. Even you had to pay for a part if it was damaged in transit or didn't work when it arrived. I packed it well, but what if the post office messed it up and it didn't work when it arrived? I didn't want to pay for another role if it was her fault that I ended up in this mess in the first place. Why should I pay extra when this had to happen. So I get a total of three. If I were tech savvy I would only give it a 4 but I'm not like that and I can't ignore stuff like that. Products or services must always be done right the first time. So anyone buying groceries, be careful and check your computer when it arrives. It is mainly intended for people who are new to gaming PCs or do not understand such things. And for the people who create it, review your submissions before submitting them to avoid such things.
