The brackets could not be mounted with the supplied parts. The insulated washers did not fit between the brackets and the bumper bracket. I could barely get a brace to align properly and accept the pucks. The second bracket will not align properly to accommodate both internal isolators. There is not enough space to install mounts with isolators as they are intended to be used. The rest of the restraints look fine. I will say that the coating on the pins is very thin.
