User interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. There is also a good integration between the various elements that make up the system (portfolio items, task assignments, communication etc). It sometimes doesn’t respond quickly when users have a problem such as entering data into a new task or updating details in an existing one. I would highly recommend this product for organizations looking for cost effective Project Management Software, which works well from concept through execution. We needed a comprehensive tool to track project activities and documents. The project team used it to create tasks with sub-tasks and deliverables.We had to organize our projects efficiently to keep them under control to meet deadlines and budgets.We had some challenges getting everyone on board at first but once they started using their workflows it became much easier. The software is easy for our team members who have little computer experience (and sometimes even those with some). I love how it allows me access in real-time from home which helps save time when my colleagues need something done right away! It doesn't always work great if one person has left or there's an error with their browser but overall this program works really good at connecting us together effectively so everyone can get things completed without having someone else do them manually.
