I didn't read the reviews before buying. Guilty. This dispenser will rip paper towels when you try to take them out. It is amazing that this company has no quality control or management checking their products! But there is a simple solution. Take a piece of 120 inch wide sandpaper and press it against your finger. Sand the sharp edges on the underside of the dispenser until they are no longer sharp to the touch. Now the dispenser works normally. If breaks still occur, sand some more. Of course, this should be the last step in the factory. Spirit.
