I love this coat - exactly what I wanted!
A few decades ago I had a rubber raincoat, yellow on one side and dark blue on the other, and I liked it. Was looking for something similar, found this one and bought it straight away! I love it. I wore it for the first time today and it made me so happy on a rainy and dreary day. I'm 5'2' at about 120lbs and widest at the hips! SMALL is a little big but I think it will be ok with jeans and sweaters. People have complained that the sleeves are short but I have short arms so it fits perfectly where everything else is always too long. It has a hood and deep pockets, essential for my coats. I'm sure it's light in the Northeast but warm enough to wear in the fall.
