I thought that this thing died on arrival. Didn't respond to remote input and the LEDs were just red. I had to read the WetSounds product manual (of which this product is a copy) to figure out how to connect the remote. Make sure you have fresh batteries in the remote control and hold down the "Music" and "Music +" buttons while turning the device on. After that he started to work. The sensitivity is still not great when I connect it directly to my amp's preouts, but I think it's working now. It would be nice if it worked out of the box.
