Overall platform is simple to understand, well maintained for future development. The product is in the right direction. The customer support team in India is not responsive. Lack of integration with third party applications. Support services are slow in responding to issues. Good if you have limited number of modules (at least around 5-10) with similar architecture. Recommended if you are running on Microsoft environment. We tried out one module but later shifted to a different system due to non-responsive support from India. The team at Lennon has been very helpful in helping us create a platform to store all of our data in one place. They have also been great in answering any questions or concerns we may have. I have not found anything that I do not like about Lennon. We are trying to centralize all of our information so that it can be easily accessed by everyone across the organization.
