The user interface of this app is very good. This helps you to manage and record all your communication with any customer or prospect across various channels. You can use it as a dashboard to view real time status of all your contacts. You can't track calls that have been made by other employees within the organization. I would recommend anyone who wants to automate their work using CRM. We are solving the problem of recording all our communications with customers and prospects and making sure we follow up consistently.
