This armrest and headrest combo is a game-changer for my home office setup! As someone who spends hours at a computer every day i was STRUGGLING with a sore neck and shoulders. But this product provides excellent support and has drastically reduced my discomfort. The armrest is adjustable and the headrest can be moved up or down for customized comfort .The only downside is that it took a bit of time to assemble, but the end result was absolutely worth it..
