I like this knife. Like, like, something like. It's sharp, really really sharp, but the way the grip is made isn't very comfortable. If they rounded the edges of the handle I would call this knife perfect. It's a good weight and I like the length of the handle. Although it's a carving knife, I like to use it to chop vegetables. Its sharpness helps me slice cucumbers as thin as paper, just the way I like it. Ouch! Also, it seems to rust easily. I forgot it in the water overnight and when I took it out it had a small spot of rust that I was able to remove. I know I shouldn't leave knives and metal in the water for long periods of time, but all my older and cheaper knives haven't been affected like this one.
