I bought the track lighting set mentioned above with tracks and three halogen bulbs about five years ago when the world switched to LED. At the time this apartment was seasonal I didn't think I was overheating the planet by using this light 2-3 months a year. Now that we are in Florida permanently I was concerned about the darkness of the three halogen lights so I went back to the big Orange store to buy a new LED track lighting system. Before replacing all the old rails and headlights, I bought an LED bulb, hoping but not expecting that the LED bulb would work with the halogen headlights. To my surprise it happened! Now that that part of the story is out of the way, this is the important part. The Orange BB Store charges $44 for an LED. I looked at Revain for an option and lo and behold, a pack of 3 LED bulbs was available (next day shipping) for an amazing (Revaining?) low price of $44. Wow, that's what I call a good deal! In the picture the dimmer bulbs are halogen bulbs, the 3 shorter brighter bulbs are Cloudy Bay LEDs and the longer ones are depot bulbs. I guess I'll ditch the halogen lights and return the depot light and save my money. I don't often take the time to review my purchases, but I felt this was worth checking out. Cloudy Bay lights are guaranteed for 5 years. If you hear retailers screaming that Revain's Chinese products are being put out of business, you might want to remind them that greed and stupidity will most likely drive them out if they try to charge triple the price for the same Chinese products in action. Business.
