Rubber rollers defective. The light green roller had no glue connecting the driveshaft to the foam inside and no glue connecting the foam to the outer rubber roller. The drive motor continues to turn the drive shaft, but only turns in the rubber outer sleeve. This renders the vacuum cleaner completely unusable. This vacuum has kept my house clean since I bought it, but after these new rollers had been sitting for a few weeks, for some reason I could see my Aussie dog hair everywhere. Upon careful inspection, I found that the new rollers' outer rubber bushings rotate around the drive shaft, causing them to drag across the carpet. It's garbage.
