Good quality and very pretty
This skirt was on sale for $15 when I bought it and I think I got an amazing deal. The material of the skirt is nice and heavy with nice inner lining so it doesn't show through. The white design is embroidered, not printed. Runs true to size in my opinion as I bought my normal size and it fits perfectly. If it's between sizes I think going one size up would be the best solution. When I tried it on I was very satisfied. I'm 5ft 9" and it's above the knee for me, but not by much. I have hips and was happy with how the skirt fit me. I will definitely be wearing it to work and it looks like something you can wear to work and then to a party - versatile!
