I like how easy this is to set up. You can easily create new programs and add functionality as needed. The ability to have multiple users in each program makes things easier. For our church we are able to have multiple people working on one project and having all the information available from one spot. There isn't much I dislike about this system. Sometimes when using text messages there might be some lag time before the message shows up, but other than that I don't see any problems. Our church has been able to utilize this platform so well. They are able to keep track of everything very efficiently!
