Good first:1. Very comfortable keyboard feel, durable keys and easy to use! 2. The mouse feels very good in the hand3. easy to set up to work. connect and go! Just like that!No product:1. NO MULTIMEDIA BUTTONS! What the hell? I've never seen a newer keyboard that doesn't have the ability to control the sound or even many other laptop components like brightness etc. Nothing. I don't recall seeing that anywhere in this description and it wasn't until I received it and went online to learn how to control my sound that I discovered there was no such key. I'm wondering why there isn't an option to use the Fn or Ctrl functions since this is already a full size keyboard! To me it's almost like a scam!
