I like that Kipy is flexible, quick to implement & easy for users who are new or less experienced in using technology (like myself). The platform has been very helpful with our business needs of creating an online store as well managing sales through social media platforms such as Facebook Live! We have not found any issues so far but we do look forward towards future updates which will help us improve upon what's working now. It would be great if they had more integrations into other software packages/applications - it could make things easier when trying to pull data from multiple sources at once etcetera.. Our main goal was having one place where all customer information can easily go together without needing separate apps / accounts across different channels e-commerce website + facebook live video chat app.
