Some people complain that they're going downhill. I can see what's going on, you might need to tweak them a bit. but once in your boots they don't move. What I really like is that they offer solid protection from all possible angles. I've ridden on sharp rocks many times and you can hit your knee from any side if you fall. it offers a lot of protection in that sense. There are no gaps around the knee where you don't have protection. and they are solid too. It doesn't seem to me that they slow down with every collision. Of course, they don't offer enough protection against "torsion", but they have excellent knee protection in all corners, and in my case that's what I need most. My knees are better protected. than my ankles (I need to change my boots :)) Good luck! Be safe and have fun!
