I love her. on Knee & Shin Pads

I've had cheaper Fox Titans and Shift Enforcers and these Leatt pads are 100x better. Worth the extra cost. Saved my knees a few times. They are super adjustable so they can stay where you want. They don't rub. You set the size once and then you can just clip it on or off without knowing how tight you like it every time. Just last weekend I had an accident when my knee hit the handlebars and my kneecap destroyed the electric starter housing on my bike. If I weren't wearing these Leatt pads, orโ€ฆ

much protection!

Some people complain that they're going downhill. I can see what's going on, you might need to tweak them a bit. but once in your boots they don't move. What I really like is that they offer solid protection from all possible angles. I've ridden on sharp rocks many times and you can hit your knee from any side if you fall. it offers a lot of protection in that sense. There are no gaps around the knee where you don't have protection. and they are solid too. It doesn't seem to me that they slowโ€ฆ

Exactly what I was looking for!

This review is a bit early as I haven't ridden them for a long time but so far they are fantastic. I prefer to ride with some level of protection on all rides, including commutes. I prefer to ride off-road on a big adventure bike. What I have learned so far is not if, but when you will fall. No problems on the road so far but I've seen a lot of things on my travels very careful. For this purchase I was looking for an alternative to Klim jeans for my daily commute to work. Nothing against theseโ€ฆ

Best knee pads and calf pads I have ever tried - EUC Riding

I wear them for EUC Riding. In warm weather I wear them with shorts, but in cooler weather I wear them over my pants. I wore them on a recent car ride but did NOT remove the inner knee pads on my motorcycle pants causing those pads to move. This is not a problem when the inner knee pads are removed. The best thing about these pads is that they start with the comfort of your knees and then build from there. The hinge is perfect for both movement and protection and they offer sizes for peopleโ€ฆ

NOT SUITABLE FOR EUC best for motorcycles and powersports

You will see a lot of people buying this for EUC but let me tell you why it doesn't work imo. I rode in them at least 3 hours continuously in EUC. The fact that you're standing means they'll slip off no matter how tight you zip or what type of pants you're wearing. You can modify it by drilling holes and criss-crossing, but I prefer not to. They are intended for sitting, in which case they work very well. They work best for bent knees. You just can't stand with them. Most EUC riders haveโ€ฆ
