I like having the ability to see all activity for each property from one screen versus logging in through multiple screens in different applications with different systems.

It would be beneficial if there was an option outside of using SmartView or Enterprise View to use any other view other than the traditional default views such as Scheduling & Work Orders/Invoices etc. We have multiple sites where we are managing meters but only 1 account number so seeing all our information at once makes it easier when looking into issues. Metering system has been used for years by our organization with little or no issues reported at this time - in fact it's actually improved over last year! The customer service team continues its rapid evolution of product offering as well (which helps us keep up!) We're able improve accuracy through better metered-reading processes/training; we are also seeing improvements from increased visibility into energy usage which allows more efficient billing practices -- all positive results so far!!
