Review on Advanced Rechargeable Accessories by Cordless APEXFORGE - Upgraded for Optimal Performance by Mike Carter

When I got this I was excited because I had many projects to finish and this tool would save me. After receiving the tool, I removed it. unpacked and connected to the charger. In the morning it was fully charged and I used it to clean and polish nine vintage rings and bracelets. It worked great and I even bragged to my friends about how cool it was. The next day I was cutting complex shapes out of vinyl tile and when I pressed the on/off button nothing happened. I did what anyone would do, by pushing the button harder a few times, plugging it in to charge even though it was still almost fully charged, and then letting it sit for a couple of weeks hoping it would drain the juice would go out and then start working again. But still nothing. I've searched everywhere for a place to send it back or have it repaired but all the websites were fake or closed and I couldn't find a name or address to ship it to. Clicking on the seller's name took me to the real Apex Forge company's website, but I was unable to resolve the issue. So now I have a cool looking tool in the box with a few hours of use that has never been abused and looks like new but doesn't work. Please someone fix this.
