Review on 🔪 Shun Classic Utility Knife Review: 6 inch VG MAX Steel with Full Tang Pakkawood Handle, DM0701 by Edwin White

After more than 10 years of using Henkels for almost everything this knife is amazing in more ways than one. Considering the light weight, excellent control, and amazingly sharp edge (I think I almost accidentally cut through my nail a couple of times making very thin cuts), I imagine what it would be like to prep with a scalpel. After using this knife for a few minutes, my German 8 inch chef's knife became like an ax when gripping it for harder cuts. This size/shape is not a suitable tool for chopping large vegetables (e.g. whole heads of cabbage). but it's the smoothest knife I've ever tried for cutting that a utility knife of this size will do.
